Terms of Service

By using Senthex, you agree to these terms. Senthex provides an AI security proxy service that intercepts requests between your applications and LLM APIs to detect and prevent security threats.
1. Service Description
Senthex operates as a transparent reverse proxy. Your LLM API keys are forwarded as-is and never stored. We log metadata only (not request/response bodies) unless you explicitly opt in to full logging.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use Senthex to conduct illegal activities, circumvent rate limits of downstream LLM providers, or resell access to the service without a written agreement.
3. Data Handling
Senthex processes requests in real time. No full request or response content is retained by default. Metadata logs (timestamps, shield results, token counts) are retained for the duration specified by your plan.
4. Limitation of Liability
Senthex is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including security incidents that bypass our shields.
