An assessment, then the firewall

Red teaming shows where your chain gives way. The firewall holds it afterwards — as EU-hosted SaaS, or deployed inside your own environment. Broad perimeters and multiple environments are quoted at scoping.

Assessment — red teaming for agent chains

One week, one report, one debrief. The method rests on two published studies with open datasets, and the mission itself ships with an execution log you verify offline. On written authorisation, perimeter defined at scoping.

The firewall, continuously.

The assessment shows where your chain gives way. The firewall holds it day to day — as EU-hosted SaaS, or deployed inside your own environment.

Annual programme

The self-host licence, plus two half-yearly assessments. You hold, at any moment, a robustness report less than six months old, backed by a verifiable log — the artefact a regulated customer or a regulator will eventually ask you for in writing.

Run Senthex in your own environment

For teams that can't send traffic to anyone — including us. Deploy the full firewall and the verifiable audit trail inside your own infrastructure — on-prem, your own cloud, or a tested deployment on Microsoft Azure. Nothing leaves your perimeter.

Frequently asked questions

Where do we start — an assessment or a subscription?

With the assessment, in most cases. It shows where your chain gives way today, and that finding determines what needs to go in front of it. The subscription is the logical next step: it holds, day to day, what the assessment brought to light. Nothing requires taking both.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What counts as a request?

One request = one LLM API call proxied through Senthex. A streaming response counts as a single request regardless of token count.

Is written authorisation required for an assessment?

Yes, without exception. Scoping ends with a signed written authorisation defining the perimeter, the systems in scope, the intervention window and what is out of bounds. Without it, no operation begins.

Do you store my request content?

By default, Senthex logs metadata (timestamp, shield scores, threat classification) plus a short, PII-redacted preview of the system prompt for the audit trail. It does not store full request or response bodies. For zero content storage, enable no-storage mode (storage_mode='none').

What do the self-host licence and the annual programme cover?

The self-host licence (from €12,000/year) covers the software deployed on your side, security and AI Act updates, deployment onboarding and best-effort email support. The annual programme (from €18,000/year) adds two half-yearly assessments, so your robustness report is never more than six months old.
