Frequently asked questions
How does the free plan work?
The Free plan includes 10,000 requests per month with no credit card required. Every request goes through all 26 shields, and you get full access to the dashboard. It resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What counts as a request?
One request = one LLM API call proxied through Senthex. A streaming response counts as a single request regardless of token count.
What happens when I hit my request limit?
Requests above your plan limit are blocked with a 429 response. You can upgrade at any time to increase your limit.
Do you store my request content?
No. By default, Senthex only logs metadata (timestamp, shield scores, threat classification). Raw request and response bodies are never stored.
Is there a trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is effectively a trial — it gives you full feature access with 10K requests. No time limit.
